HIT stands for High Intensity Training, which is an awesome new way to build core strength, increase energy and burn fat. Each HIT class is kept to a small number of participants so you’ll get the benefits of a semi-private personal training session while sweating it out with a group of people who will keep you motivated. And the best part? These affordable, drop-in classes are designed to fit into your calendar, and are offered in our nearby state-of-the-art facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve probably heard of the CrossFit or Orange Theory brands of high performance training for elite athletes. The Crossover physical medicine team has designed our own group fitness class, specifically designed for members to safely improve their health and fitness. Our classes are designed to incorporate short burst of high-intensity exercises followed by low-intensity activities, repeatedly. High intensity for short periods of time is proven to promote more strength, energy and fat loss while addressing the whole body and preventing chronic disease.

Simply log in to your Crossover account where you’ll find the class locations and times in the scheduling section. Currently, we are in pilot mode for this offering. If you don’t see enough spots, please let us know, we will monitor and add more as the program matures. Tell a friend, or two!

Classes cost $25 each and are 60 minutes long. This fee is not included in your employer-paid Crossover benefit and you will be asked for payment at check-in. For your convenience, you can load your credit card information into your Crossover account to enable automatic class payment upon check-in. If you need assistance setting up your payment method, our hosts will be happy to help, as always.

That’s great! Our classes are a great supplement to your gym workouts. You’ll leave our HIT classes with some new movements and exercises to bring back to the gym. Furthermore, our Certified Strength Coach will ensure you’re doing all the movements in a safe way and that you’re using the right level of weights and resistance. Come as little, or as much as you would like, there is no commitment or contract at Crossover.

We recommend you plan to arrive 5-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Wear workout attire (changing areas available) and bring a water bottle. We’ll supply the hydration station, towels and all of the equipment you’ll need to get fit. And, we have plenty of parking!
