Crossover Health is a membership-based direct practice. We provide a range of urgent, primary, and online care services depending on the needs and preferences of the individual members. The services range from high-tech, high-touch personalized health care to automated aggregation of health care data and related health finance advisory services. We are a fee for service organization which means that payment is due at time our services are performed. A copy of the your bill is available to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies and PPOs reimburse up to 70% of your bill. Check with your insurance carrier for information about what percent they cover for out of network providers. We accept Health Savings Accounts and Flex spending accounts as well as Cash, Debit, Visa, AMEX, and Master Card.
