Your NetApp Health Benefit
For the safety and convenience of our patients and staff, many of our health services are available via online appointments. Our care team is also onsite and available for in-person appointments at @SOMA and @San Tomas.
The care team has worked diligently to create the safest protocols to resume scheduled in-person care at the Crossover @SOMA and @San Tomas health centers. As a precaution, please continue to select virtual appointment types, as much as possible, for your convenience and safety. We are currently unable to accommodate walk-ins.
Should you need to be seen in person, a brief pre-screening process is required to minimize the risk of exposure. Upon arrival, all health center visitors will be provided with a new face mask to wear for the duration of the appointment, you’ll be asked to answer a few health screening questions, and your temperature will be checked.
To get the care you need, simply message us, call the health center, or schedule an appointment. As always, we are available to assist you with a phone consultation, free of charge, in order to guide you to your best care options.

How does a Crossover membership work?
As a member of Crossover Health, your employer has paid your annual membership fee. This gives you access to all of the health services we provide at your “home” clinic as well as other Crossover clinics you may choose to use (for instance, if one of our locations is closer to your home than your office). Furthermore, you will never receive a bill from us. You only pay the required co-pay amount, if any, at the time of your appointment as noted on the fee schedulefor this employee health benefit. Some fees for our services will vary based on your deductible maximum out-of-pocket status, and all of this is kept current on your secure Crossover account so that you are charged accurately. In short, there is no complicated paperwork or insurance submittals with this benefit.

Can I keep seeing my current doctor?
The choice is yours! You are not required to switch your primary care physician to use our services. In fact, you can use us in conjunction with your current physician and you don’t need a doctor’s referral to see our Active Care providers (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture).

Will my employer have access to my health information?
Our personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
