At Crossover, we are hyper focused on all of the factors that affect your overall health and wellbeing. As a member, you’ll receive care from a passionate team of providers with multi-channel access to that care via messaging, video visits, phone, and in-person appointments at our health centers.

You’ll develop an ongoing relationship with an interdisciplinary care team you can trust. Together, we will address your health history, environment, and unique circumstances that affect your complete wellbeing. If you need care outside of Crossover, we’ll help you with that every step of the way. We see how health should be—connected, affordable, without barriers, and all in one place.

Whether the care you receive is online, in-person at one of our centers, or a combination of both, you get the same quality of care—from the same care team—every time.

We are happy to provide both virtual and in-person appointments again—please choose the type of visit that is best for you. Walk-ins are welcome as well; those without appointments will be screened at the door.

To protect our staff and our most vulnerable populations, we are following the CDC’s universal guidelines and continuing to require masks in our health centers.
