Celeste Ortiz, Chief People Officer at Crossover Health, has dedicated her career to enabling successful business growth through a strong people agenda. She’s a senior human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of HR for Fortune 50 companies. She has specialized in organization development, acquisition integration, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and change acceleration. She’s passionate about the healthcare industry and is motivated by creating strong cultures and building capabilities ahead of business growth.
Prior to Crossover Health, Celeste served as Group Vice President of HR for 11 years with Medtronic, where she partnered to scale the Diabetes Group globally from $600M to $2.3+B in revenue. Before joining Medtronic, Celeste served as Worldwide HR Director at Johnson and Johnson and as the HR Director for Pfizer’s Pharmaceutical Group.
Her experience includes serving eight years on the Board of Directors in Dignity Healthcare’s Northridge Hospital. She graduated from USC’s Marshall MBA Program and has a BS in HR Management from Geneva College.
