What our members say…
Common Questions
All full-time, part-time, and seasonal Amazon employees (blue and white badges) and their family members (spouses & dependents ages 0 and up) are eligible to receive care from the NHCs at Crossover. Everyone can access our primary care and health coaching. However, some of our other services are only accessible if you are enrolled in an Amazon Health Plan. The NHCs are not open to the public and exclusively serve Amazon employees and their families.
Expect upfront billing and no hidden fees when receiving care. If you are enrolled in Amazon Benefits, preventive care, health coaching, lab work, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are never more than $45. On some of the Amazon health plans, virtual services are just $10. If you are not enrolled in Amazon Benefits, health coaching, lab, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are $45 per appointment. A complete fee and service schedule can be found above.
The choice is yours! You are not required to switch your primary care physician to use Crossover’s services. In fact, you can use Crossover in conjunction with your current physician to best meet your health needs or for the times you need quick, convenient attention.
No, Amazon will not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover Health does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
