Maintaining our culture and meeting—and exceeding—the promise of our brand doesn’t come automatically. It’s why we invest so much time in hiring and training the right people, ensuring the right fit with each of our employer customers, and running programs that keep our staff informed and inspired.
Our training begins with XO University. There’s deep learning about what we do, and just as important, why we do it. It continues with awesome initiation events, ongoing education and information exchanges.
We want to ensure we create the sense of collaboration and ownership among people who share skills (“guilds”) and our locations (”tribes”). And we want to ensure that the learning never stops, because our mission to transform the costs and quality of care doesn’t either.
