
Kelsey Mellard
Kelsey Mellard has devoted her career to improving healthcare delivery across the nation. She currently serves as CEO and founder of Sitka, a tech-enabled multi-specialty value-based physician network committed to improving access to reliable and transparent healthcare. She is also a Board member of the Rock Health Foundation, the first venture fund dedicated to digital health.
Kelsey has worked across the private and public sectors focusing on healthcare innovation, notably leading Health System Integration at the technology-enabled home care startup Honor, and as a founding team member of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. She has also held Vice President roles at naviHealth and UnitedHealth Group. Additionally, she has worked directly within the healthcare delivery system, as a consultant at the Advisory Board Company to a variety of hospital systems, and as an Administrative Fellow at Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. She started her career at Kaiser Family Foundation.
Kelsey received her Bachelor’s of Science in Community Health from Winona State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
