A graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Pittsburgh, Matt is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who has worked at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Google. He represented the United States as a track and field competitor at the 2008 Olympics, and today incorporates proven athletic training techniques into his treatment approach. As a physical therapist, he specializes in orthopedic and sports-related injuries.

Born to run—actually smiles when he’s doing it.

Board-certified in internal medicine, allergy/immunology and integrative/holistic medicine, Danna is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a world-class teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. She currently serves as the Medical Director for the Virtual Primary Care teams where she focuses on environmental impacts on health and “whole picture” well-being.

Lover of musicals (ushered at Phantom of the Opera) but still hasn’t seen Hamilton.

A licensed clinical psychologist, Cratissa has diverse clinical experience in individual therapy, group therapy and mental health assessment, treating people with conditions that include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and trauma. She has practiced in a variety of university counselling centers, community health centers and forensic sites, with a special focus on life transitions, personality disorders and chronic interpersonal conflict.

Dances in the rain and has a black belt in karate.

Camilla earned her degree in nutrition science from The Evergreen State College in Washington. She is a registered dietitian (RD) through the academy of nutrition and dietetics, a certified dietitian-nutritionist (CDN), and a board certified health and wellness coach (HWC) through the national board of medical examiners. She has volunteered at The Harlem Ivy after-school program at Columbia Teachers College teaching school children about cooking, farming and sustainability.

Pooja earned her BS degree in Health Sciences from California State University, East Bay, and continued at the same school in pursuit of her Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration. While she was a student there, she worked at Stanford Children’s Health as a Patient Care Coordinator for three years where she was commended for her extraordinary patient care service with R.O.S.E., which stands for Recognition of Service Excellence.

With a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Brendon got his start at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC) in Woburn, MA where he became the Program Director and earned his massage therapy license. Soon thereafter, he co-founded an education company called Certified Functional Strength Coach with over 3,000 trainers in over 20 countries. Brendon has recently become an active speaker at the Perform Better conferences.

Galina graduated with a dual degree of Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Nursing from Long Island University. She started her career in Bellevue Hospital Center. After a few years of working in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, Galina moved on to helping beautiful babies come into the world. Her role as a bedside nurse in Labor and Delivery really strengthened her passion for patient education.

Fluent in Russian language and an InstaPot wizard.

A graduate of St. John’s University in the studies of Pathology (BS) and Toxicology (MS), Robert went on to earn his DO at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and complete his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ. As his career was developing, he came to realize that most of the disease he sees in his patients is, in large part, preventable. Recently, Robert became board certified in bariatric (weight loss) medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Cristy has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University. Before joining Crossover, she had over seven years of experience in a variety of outpatient settings including Silicon Valley Cardiology and The Stanford Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic. Cristy’s favorite thing about being a nurse is helping people improve their quality of life by improving their health. She is a proponent of preventative medicine and believes that wellness includes more than just physical health.

Fernando earned his doctorate at the University of Mississippi, completed three years of pre- and post-doctoral training at VA Medical Centers in San Diego and Honolulu, and has since worked in primary care and integrated behavioral health settings. The evidence-based therapies that he utilizes are CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, PE, CBT for psychosis, RE, and EFT. Fernando enjoys one-on-one contact with people and helping them better navigate their lives and challenges.

Next for Lauren was New York City, completing her predoctoral internship at NYU/Bellevue Hospital and postdoctoral hours at Manhattan Psychiatric Center.
