PepsiCo employees in work locations with an Employee Health and Wellness Center and their adult dependents (age 18+) now have access to Crossover Health. Crossover offers affordable, high-quality healthcare without the hassles.
As a Crossover member, you’ll enjoy:
- More Options: Receive a wide range of medical services, including primary care, physical therapy, mental health support, care navigation, and more directly from Crossover, or get connected to Crossover through your onsite Johns Hopkins clinician.
- Convenience: Easily schedule same- or next-day virtual appointments (in-person appointments also available in select locations).
- Low Cost: Free, unlimited messaging with your Crossover providers. No hidden fees. Upfront billing, and low-to-no costs for different services.
Whether the care you receive is online or in-person (available in select locations), you get the same high-quality
care every time. Getting started is simple:
- Sign up/log in to your account.
- To schedule an appointment or send a message about your care needs, click “Start care now” and follow the prompts on the screen.
- Click “Direct message” to send a direct message to any member of your care team once you have engaged with them.
If you choose “Start care now” or “Direct message,” a care team member will get back to you within two hours of receiving your message during business hours. You’ll receive an email or a notification from the Crossover mobile app when they’ve responded. Simply sign in to read their response and continue messaging with your team until your issue is resolved.
Services & Fees by Location
PepsiCo employees have access to a variety of Crossover virtual services via our secure online platform. Your onsite Johns Hopkins clinician can also connect you to these new, wider range of medical services—all from the Crossover care team. If you are a PepsiCo employee located in Purchase, NY or Auburn, WA, you also have access to select in-person services.
