Working as a physical therapist is incredibly rewarding for Ashley, because she gets to make a difference in the lives of her patients. She loves spending one-on-one time with them, and helping each and every one achieve their goals—whether that be returning to running, working out, playing with grandchildren, or just getting through the day without pain. In addition to helping improve their quality of life, she enjoys getting to know them personally throughout their course of treatment.
Ashley earned her BS in Education from Baylor University, and her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She completed two orthopedic rotations in physical therapy school, and completed additional training in the treatment of dizziness, vertigo, concussion, and balance/gait deficits.
Born in Dallas, Ashley grew up in Allen, Texas. She loves running and enjoys racing in 5Ks and half marathons. Ashley is learning how to golf, and lifts weights a few times a week. She recently adopted a husky shepherd puppy named Noodle, and they have fun going for walks/runs on the Katy Trail. Ashley also loves trying new bars and restaurants, and enjoys exploring Dallas with her family and friends.
