Celeste Ortiz, Crossover Health’s Chief People Officer, has dedicated her career to enabling successful business growth through a strong people agenda. She’s a senior human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of HR for Fortune 50 companies. She has specialized in organization development, acquisition integration, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and change acceleration. Celeste is passionate about the healthcare industry and is motivated by creating strong cultures and building capabilities ahead of business growth.
Celeste served as Group Vice President of HR for 11 years with Medtronic, where she partnered to scale the Diabetes Group globally from $600M to $2.3+B in revenue. Before joining Medtronic, she served as Worldwide HR Director at Johnson & Johnson, and as the HR Director for Pfizer’s Pharmaceutical Group. She has also served for eight years on the Board of Directors in Dignity Healthcare’s Northridge Hospital. She graduated from USC’s Marshall MBA Program and has a BS in HR Management from Geneva College.
