Christine has broad experience in the legal realm, both within financial services and as outside counsel to companies in various industries, providing advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, securities laws, corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment, corporate formation and restructuring, and privacy matters.
She began her legal career at Dechert, LLP where she advised clients in the highly regulated financial services industry regarding securities laws and public offerings. After a decade in private legal practice, she transitioned to roles in house, working as Corporate Counsel at VIZIO, Inc., then as Vice President, Counsel at Allianz Asset Management of America. She joined Crossover Health in 2019 to advance the company’s strategic initiatives, identify risks, and draft contracts, as well as advise on privacy, corporate governance, and other matters.
Christine earned a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she was the Symposium Editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. She lives in San Clemente, California with her husband and son, and enjoys riding her beach cruiser on the beach trail, jet skiing, camping, and cooking.
