Claudine Lott, MD is a board-certified family practice physician with a passion for primary care. She believes healthcare is a human right and is dedicated to exploring innovative approaches by which all people can achieve maximal health and wellbeing. Dr. Lott values forming strong relationships with patients, and works to provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care that is individualized and patient-centered.
Dr. Lott completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University and worked as a medical clinic coordinator and a rehabilitation nursing assistant prior to receiving her MD from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She completed her residency in family medicine at White Memorial Medical Center, serving the primarily Spanish-speaking community of East Los Angeles. Following residency, Dr. Lott served as a primary care physician at the Salinas Valley State Prison before joining the Santa Cruz Community Health Centers where she was promoted to Site Medical Director at the East Cliff Family Health Center. She joined Crossover Health in 2018 as a primary care physician at the Life@ Wellness Center and is now the lead physician for the North First Street nearsite location and the new Virtual First digital care team.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Lott enjoys running 5k races, attending the ballet, and sharing a glass of wine with her wonderful husband and their dog.
