Kamilah is a certified health and wellness coach with nearly a decade of experience. Her holistic approaches lead patients on a transformational journey towards balance in mindset and lifestyle. She provides an empathetic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where her patients can stretch beyond their comfort zone to create lasting, positive changes in their health and improve their overall quality of life. Kamilah is passionate about working alongside her clients to unlock their ultimate wellness vision, create an authentic and aligned plan of action, and to lay the foundation for lifelong change.
Kamilah developed her multidisciplinary approach through her education. She earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology, and then received her Master of Science in Education, with a specialty in Exercise Science & Wellness from Old Dominion University.
Outside of work, Kamilah likes to spend time with her family, friends, fur babies, and in nature. She also enjoys both practicing and teaching yoga, eating tasty food, spending time in the community, and traveling. She looks forward to joining the Crossover Team and working alongside other healthcare practitioners to bring quality holistic care to clients.
