  • What does a Crossover12 fitness assessment entail?
    During your onboarding, we measure 12 biomarkers including upper body strength, lower body strength, cardiovascular capacity, core endurance, flexibility, balance, mobility, BMI, lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, waist-to-hip ratio, and PAM score. While your fist assessment is included in your first-month fee, any time you wish to track and compare your biomarkers you can easily schedule a follow up Crossover12 assessment for $65.
  • What is TrueCoach?
    We use the TrueCoach mobile app platform to design and deliver your personalized workout using our custom exercise videos and programming. The TrueCoach app makes it quick and easy for you to access your coaching videos and fitness plan, as well as track your health biomarkers from anywhere. In addition, you can use the app to chat with your coach, comment on specific workouts or send a video for your workout for your coach to evaluate.
  • What are the contents of the equipment kit?
    We send you an equipment kit to use during group fitness classes that includes resistance bands, yoga block, foam roll, sliders, tennis balls.
  • Do you offer personal training outside of the Virtual Fitness program?
    Yes, we offer in-person and virtual personal training sessions so you can access more individualized attention and get the most out of our program. For more information visit or email us at
  • What do I need for this program?
    A 7×7 workout space, workout attire, Zoom capability, and a charged Laptop (or mobile device) for group fitness. Installed TrueCoach mobile app for programming and communication with your coaches.
  • For this program, what is the minimum exercise frequency required per week?
    Three online group fitness classes and/or app-based program sessions will get the best results for the program. Our supportive coaches will offer guidance and motivation, and participants are never made to feel guilty for missing a session. We will do our best to provide communication and programming that best fit your schedule. We want you to achieve your goals as much as you do.
  • Do you need to show your screen during a group training session?
    Nope. You do what is most comfortable for you on any given day. Keep in mind, it is helpful for the Coach to see your movements so that they can make corrections or modifications; and know that you are doing the exercises safely. Other participants may also be showing (or not showing) their screens; and you will be able to hear the Coach speaking with all session participants as a whole or separately, just as you would if you were attending a group class in-person. We also know that the social factor is a fun part of these sessions that drive greater success. We’d love to see your smiling face and for you to get to know your fellow health enthusiasts. “Those who sweat together, stay together.”
  • What if I want to cancel my subscription?
    We cannot provide refunds, however, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing You will complete your current paid month and not be billed for the next billing cycle.
  • Am I able to pay with HSA / FSA dollars?
    In the instances where a physician determines this program is a medical necessity for you, then you are allowed to use your HSA / FSA dollars to pay for the program. A “Letter of Medical Necessity” signed by your physician will be required at time of payment.
