Accessing Care with Crossover
Whether the care you receive is virtual, in person at the Expedia Group Health & Wellness Center or one of our Crossover Health centers nationwide, or a combination of both, you get the same high-quality care every time. Getting started is simple:
- Activate or sign in to your account.
- Click Start care now to begin virtual care with your care team, or click Schedule a visit to book an in-person or virtual appointment at a health center.
If you choose Start care now to begin virtual care, a care team member will get back to you within two hours of receiving your message during business hours; you’ll get an email or a notification from the Crossover mobile app when they’ve responded. Simply sign in to read their response and continue messaging with your team until your issue is resolved.
