You are eligible if you are enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored medical plan option and you are a(n):

• Nonunion employee or early retiree
• Employee represented by a union that contractually aligns to nonunion medical benefits (inclusive of IAFF I-66, IBEW 1 and IBT6 in St. Louis), including an early retiree represented at retirement*
• IAM 837-represented employee, including an early retiree represented at retirement*

If you are eligible, your covered spouse or domestic partner and covered dependents (ages 18+) are also eligible.

*Union-represented employee eligibility is dependent on the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

All of your Crossover providers work together to help you get and stay healthy. You will connect with the same Care Team every time regardless of whether the care you receive is virtual or in person. Your team includes a Care Navigator who will personally guide you when you need to access care outside of Crossover. For example, if your Crossover Primary Care Provider recommends a visit with a Dermatologist, Cardiologist, or surgeon, your Care Navigator will identify a top local specialist in your Boeing-sponsored medical plan network and help you make an appointment. The care navigator will also help arrange tests and lab work and ensure Crossover has your results.

No. Crossover is simply a healthcare provider offered under your chosen Boeing-sponsored medical plan option. Crossover can be used to complement your current healthcare experience, and you can continue to use any providers available in your medical plan option’s network.

Yes, the choice is yours. It is not necessary to disrupt an established relationship you have with a quality care provider in the community. However, we encourage you to utilize any services at Crossover that fit your needs. Crossover members who leverage multiple services provided at our health centers appreciate the convenience, quality and cost savings of our Advanced Primary Care model.

Each health center has a select number of medications available to accommodate common first fill needs such as antibiotics. This provides an added convenience to leave the health center with medication in hand. For all other prescription fills and ongoing maintenance medications you will use your local retail pharmacy or mail order service as normal.

Crossover brings much needed access to Mental Health support with both in-person and virtual services. Whether you’re navigating depression, struggling with anxiety, confronting discrimination, or having difficulty handling daily stress, Crossover specialists have the diverse training and experience to help. The team takes a welcoming, warm approach to ease you into the treatment that is most helpful and comfortable. You and your therapist will make a plan and set goals so you can better cope with life’s challenges. Whether it’s an individual need, a couple’s need, or a family need, the Crossover team is ready to help.

Your Crossover Care Team will consist of Primary Care doctors and nurses, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, Health Coaches, and Care Navigators. Throughout your care journey, your Care Navigator will be your guide for whatever care you need outside of Crossover. Care Navigators provide support navigating the complex health system and connect you with appropriate and high-quality services:

• Referral for surgical consultation
• MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging exams
• Psychiatric services
• Visits to other specialists (orthopedics, dermatology, cardiology, etc.)
• Connecting with other benefits and resources

Your Crossover Care Navigator will ensure you have support connecting to services available at Crossover and help you easily access whatever care you may need in the community outside of Crossover. They’ll identify a top local specialist in your Boeing-sponsored medical plan network, help you make an appointment, transfer records back and forth, and follow up with you to ensure you received the care you need. Crossover Care Navigators are ready to help you access:

• In-network specialist referrals
• Appointment scheduling
• Records transfers
• Labs and imaging coordination
• Immunizations and screenings
• General care support
