Activate your account at care.crossoverhealth.com with a personal email. If you have received care with Crossover, your account is already activated; simply sign in using the same email and password. You can access care on the Crossover platform in the following ways:

1. Get Care Now: Schedule in-person or virtual visits, or send a message to connect with your care team.
2. Direct Message: Send a direct message to your whole care team at once or to any specific member of your care team once you start care.

Crossover Primary Care Providers are on call after hours should you need them for any urgent medical situations. If you are having a true medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

When registering for a new account, it is highly recommended to use a personal email address for your login credentials.  This is the email where you will receive appointment reminders, new message notifications from your care team, and other important information regarding your health care.

For current Crossover patients: All previous work emails (@fb, @instagram, @whatsapp) were changed to @meta emails for those who still had an old email on file. To sign in, use your current @meta email. If you wish to change the email associated with your account to a personal email, please contact your Crossover care team.

For new patients activating a Crossover account for the first time: Verify your eligibility by entering your current work email. 

If you need to reset your password, you will need to use the email address you use for logging into your Crossover account. If you’re having difficulty, please call the Life@ Wellness Center at 650-521-5440. 

If your eligible adult dependents are activating their account for the first time, they will need to use your current work email address to verify their eligibility.

Yes. Interns are automatically enrolled in Meta’s EPO medical plan and have 31 days to decline the provided insurance. Currently, Interns can access Crossover locations.

Crossover is able to verify your coverage and eligibility when you sign up.

Your adult dependent will need to provide your current work email address to register. All other required information is specific to your adult dependent (e.g., first name, last name, date of birth).

Yes. All Crossover patients (including eligible dependents) can download and use the Crossover app from the App Store or Google Play. Use the same username and password on the Crossover app that you use to log in on the website.  Note for iPhone users: you need the latest version of iOS installed and running on your iPhone as pending iOS updates might prevent the app from opening.

Everything you can do on the website can also be done on the Crossover app. With the app, you are able to opt in to receive real-time notifications from your care team and reminders to check in for appointments. You have the option of using a secure facial- or fingerprint-recognition biometric log in. Once you’re logged in, you can easily check your account, send and read messages, view your appointment and health history, and more.

Yes. Crossover is partnered with Lyft to take you (and your eligible adult dependents) to and from a nearby Crossover location. Your email appointment reminder will include a Lyft voucher code (up to $20 each way). If you book your visit less than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll get your code in your confirmation email. When you book your Lyft ride, the code must be entered into the Lyft app in order to have the $20 applied to your ride. The ride must either stop or start at a Crossover location in order to be considered a valid ride.

For all medications, your care team will work with you to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.

Your care team can be helpful in guiding you to in-person care if you are not near a Crossover Health Center or if you are an employee and not near the Life@ Wellness Center. Contact your care team and a care navigator will help coordinate the care you need with an in-network provider where you are located. You must be enrolled in the EPO, PPO or HDHP medical plan to access Crossover services. 

As a Crossover patient, you have access to Crossover’s full network of providers, so depending on where you are traveling in the U.S., you will be covered. For example, if your care team is at the Life@ Wellness Center in Menlo Park, but you need care while traveling in Wyoming, you can reach out to the National Virtual Care Team. The National Virtual Care Team will be sure to address your need and then reconnect you back to your Life@ Wellness Center care team. All Crossover care is connected back to your primary care team to ensure you receive the best course of action.

Yes, Meta’s EPO, PPO, and HDHP plans are accepted. In-person appointments with Crossover will follow your regular fee schedule; copays and coinsurance apply. Outside lab orders and in-person community referrals will be billed according to your medical plan.

Yes—but only as it relates to payments (the care you receive will be the same). Under the HDHP plan, you will pay the full cost of all non-preventive services until your deductible is met. Once you’ve met your deductible, you will be responsible for 10% of the costs related to each of your visits (also known as coinsurance). You will be required to pay the deductible or coinsurance amount by credit, debit, or HSA card when you check in for your appointment.

How much a visit costs depends on your benefit design and insurance. Typically, a visit will include a copay, deductible, or coinsurance payment. Please visit the People Portal to review current medical plan coverage and costs. 

We accept credit cards and debit cards. Your HSA-associated card is also accepted if you are enrolled in the Meta-sponsored HDHP insurance plan. Please note we do not accept cash payments.

No. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate Medical Group, we do not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by Meta or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.

The health information saved in Crossover’s electronic health record (EHR) is accessible through various secure export standards that are utilized throughout the health industry. The EHR used by Crossover Health takes advantage of the Continuity of Care Record (CCR) format. This is accessible upon request and within your online account.
