At Crossover Health Shoreline, our goal is to help you live the healthiest life possible. Care is convenient, simple to navigate, affordable, and personalized to meet your needs. We have many different kinds of providers under one roof—from Primary Care doctors and nurses, to Mental Health providers, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Health Coaches—all focused on providing you with a coordinated, team-based care experience. The care model allows providers to spend more time with you than in typical medical offices, arrange lab work onsite, call in prescriptions for delivery, and offer 24-hour on-call service.

The choice is yours! You are not required to switch your primary care physician to use our services. In fact, you can use us in conjunction with your current physician and you don’t need a doctor’s referral to see our Active Care providers (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture).
Employees enrolled in a Microsoft provided medical plan and their covered spouse and dependents ages 18 and over, who have a home address within 50 miles of Crossover Shoreline, are eligible to access Crossover Health.
Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover Health does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
Yes. Crossover Health is just like any other participating in-network provider. It is important to note that the Crossover Health fixed co-pay, when applicable, is the pre-negotiated rate for our company and you are required to make the payment at the time of your appointment. There are no further discounted rates through HSA, as this is a contractual membership model. You can pay by credit or debit card, including funds from your Health Savings Account (HSA). HSA payments are not permitted for massage services.
Your entire medical history with Crossover Health is held on the outdated portal site which can be accessed at microsoft-portal.crossoverhealth.com (think of it as kind of a file cabinet now). You will continue to have access to all of your records in a read-only format that you can view, print, or download. None of your medical history is or will be lost!
