Send a message about your health concern or question to your care team
If you choose to send a message, a care team member will respond within 2 hours of receiving your message. You will get an email alert to log back into the secure platform to read the response. Continue messaging with your care team until your issue is resolved.
Virtual and in-person services available
Come to us for any health concern – big or small. As your medical home, we manage all aspects of your health from wellness check ups, minor injuries, and sick care to chronic health problems like diabetes or high blood pressure.

Treat anxiety, stress, insomnia, back and neck pain, joint disorders, and muscular complaints with acupuncture. Our acupuncturists actively coordinate with other Crossover providers to ensure an integrated approach to your care.
You can pick up medicine refills at your local pharmacy or have them sent to your home. We can also answer any questions you may have about your medicine.
The VSP dispensary can assist you with eyeglass/contact lens orders, eyewear adjustment and minor repairs.
