WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT CROSSOVER
Join the Healthcare Revolution
Who We Are
Founded in 2010, we are Crossover Health. We launched our revolutionary care model in Silicon Valley, and over the last decade, we’ve continued to grow, pivot, and lead the way towards reimagined healthcare. Our patients are employees of some of the world’s most innovative companies—our client partners. Working together, our diverse teams of doctors and clinicians deliver remarkable, evidence-based care experiences for our patient members in person, at our modern health centers, and online, using our “digital-first” technology platform. We strive for—and reach—unprecedented outcomes and complete wellbeing for our patient members and their families.
Crossover attracts the most ambitious and qualified doctors and clinicians who want to deliver care differently. Our core values—Inspire Everyone, Design Everything, Be Fearless, Be Authentic, and Stay Curious—are the foundation that keeps us connected, and motivated to drive change for patients, providers, and the communities we serve. Our passion for practicing at an unprecedented level of care is palpable. Stemming from our founders’ California surfer roots, our employees with diverse backgrounds, cultures, skill sets, and experiences come together to collectively form one “XOhana”—what we fondly call our Crossover family.
What Makes Us Different
We see how healthcare should be. Personalized treatment informed by data. Better access through technology. Diverse care teams working as one. Focused on people not payments. Crossover removes the barriers—poor access, inefficiencies, high cost—to remarkable health. Unlike traditional healthcare or basic telemedicine dictated by fee-for-service transactions, our patient members can build a relationship with their personal care team led by a physician who works together with nurses, care navigators, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, health coaches, and optometrists. Unlimited, comprehensive care for the whole body in one simple place means people can experience healthcare that works for them, with better health results, faster.
Why This Matters
Traditional healthcare is unsustainable and there is a shortage of physicians and providers. All people—the many, not the few—deserve better. That’s why Crossover Health is at the forefront of healthcare innovation that is increasing access and reach, while driving improved experiences, better outcomes, and stronger relationships. We are relentless in creating something new that will impact the status quo, and inevitably change the world. We question how things have been done, because we know that fearless curiosity plus hard work equals transformative growth. Our patient members have high expectations, and we strive to exceed them. And, we aren’t stopping anytime soon.
We are growing fast and adding new positions weekly. If all of this matters to you, we’d love to talk to you about joining us, and our mission, at Crossover.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION
Crossover is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe in the fundamental human right for people to pursue their dreams unimpeded by systemic bias.
Our people are the most valuable asset we have. A significant part of our culture, our brand, and our ability to improve the health and well being of the customers we serve is the collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and unique capabilities of our employees.
We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in abilities, age, color, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique.
Crossover’s diversity initiatives are applicable—but not limited—to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; professional development and training; promotions and transfers; social and community programs; and the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premise of diversity equity that encourages and enforces:
- – respectful communication and cooperation between all employees.
- – teamwork and employee participation, permitting the representation of all groups and employee perspectives.
- – employer and employee contributions to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.
