Founded in 2010, we are Crossover Health. We launched our revolutionary care model in Silicon Valley, and over the last decade, we’ve continued to grow, pivot, and lead the way towards reimagined healthcare. Our patients are employees of some of the world’s most innovative companies—our client partners. Working together, our diverse teams of doctors and clinicians deliver remarkable, evidence-based care experiences for our patient members in person, at our modern health centers, and online, using our “digital-first” technology platform. We strive for—and reach—unprecedented outcomes and complete wellbeing for our patient members and their families.
