We not only celebrate our diverse workforce at Crossover, we embrace inclusivity and belonging through representation and action. Each year, employees across all teams have the opportunity to serve on the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team, called DIB. The DIB team curates speakers to help facilitate open BIPOC dialog, sponsors group challenges to share unique ethnic and LGBTQ+ experiences, and provides scholarships and awards for employees who exemplify the core mission of DIB.

The DIB Scholarship is awarded annually to four employee recipients and is designed to encourage members of diverse backgrounds, with a recognized commitment to diversity and inclusion, to apply for this scholarship to help fund their education. Each recipient is awarded a $2,500 education grant.
The DIB Trailblazer Award recognizes outstanding effort and impact for creating an inviting and welcoming environment at Crossover. This may include building awareness, enhancing our reach in underserved communities, attracting diverse talent on their teams, and demonstrating leadership in creating a workforce where every person can feel they are equal and that they belong.
