We have selected Crossover Health as our partner to create a unique wellness experience at Dimensional. Crossover provides worksite health services to some of the most innovative companies in the world.

The Dimensional Health onsite health centers are here to treat you and your spouse’s ongoing health concerns, facilitate care with onsite and external providers, and offer a holistic approach to healthcare. Crossover’s care model allows providers to spend more time with you than in typical medical offices, arrange lab work onsite, call in prescriptions for delivery, and offer 24-hour on-call service.

Crossover’s team of health professionals working together—Primary Care, Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy, Mental Health, Health Coaching, and Care Navigation—will support all your care needs. Frequently Asked Questions

Dimensional employees enrolled in one of the United Healthcare plans, and their covered spouses are eligible to visit the health centers, whether located in Austin or Charlotte, or visiting from the Santa Monica office.
Only employees and their covered spouses have access to Dimensional Health. If you are unsure of your eligibility status/need support, please reach out to the Dimensional Fund Advisor Benefits Team for assistance
No, Dimensional is not operating the health centers, nor does it have access to patient records. We selected Crossover Health as our partner to manage all aspects of Dimensional Health.
Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate Medical Group, Crossover does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by Dimensional or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
Dimensional Health is considered an in-network facility for Dimensional’s two United Healthcare insurance plans. If you are not on a Dimensional health insurance plan, Dimensional Health cannot process visits as out-of-network.
The cost depends on which United Healthcare insurance plan you are on. For our United Healthcare HDHP/HSA members, primary care visits are $65 per visit. For PPO members, primary visits are the standard cost of $25 per visit. Physical Therapy appointments are $35 for HSA members and $25 for PPO members. Annual Physicals and Well Women Exams are $0 for both HSA and PPO members.
Crossover Health will work with you to recommend and coordinate care with specialists outside of Dimensional Health.
Our Care Team is available after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays for established patients. You may also message your provider, request a refill prescription, and review your results online through the health portal. Depending on the nature of the request, your provider can access your online health record to document care, order refills for convenient pickup, or communicate with specialists and imaging centers in the community.
Yes, Dimensional Health can order your prescriptions for conditions you are being treated for by a Dimensional Health provider. The health center does not house a dispensary, so orders will be sent to a local pharmacy.
Yes, Dimensional Health can perform your biometric screening as part of a preventative visit or scheduled visit. Dimensional Health will promote biometric screening events a few times throughout the year as well. Results will be coordinated between the health center and our wellness carrier, although results may take several days to be available.

Yes, all visiting employees on a Dimensional health insurance plan can access the health centers. Regardless of your location, you also have access to Crossover Health's virtual Care Team - available to you wherever you are. When you need in-person care, your Crossover Care Team will connect you to high quality, local, and in-network providers and specialists. Get started by registering your account or logging in at care.crossoverhealth.com.
Should your position be eligible for benefits and you have enrolled in one of Dimensional’s health insurance plans, then you are eligible to visit the health centers. Contractors are not eligible to visit the health centers at this time.
