About Crossover Health

We have selected Crossover Health as our partner to create a unique Wellness Center experience at Dimensional. Crossover provides worksite health services to some of the most innovative companies in the world.

Primary Features

This onsite Dimensional Health Center is here to treat you and your spouse’s ongoing health concerns, facilitate care with onsite and external providers, and offer a holistic approach to health care. The care model allows providers to spend more time with you than in typical medical offices, arrange lab work onsite, call in prescriptions for delivery, and offer 24-hour on-call service.

Crossover’s team of health professionals working together—primary care, chiropractic care, physical therapy, mental health support, health coaching, and care navigation—will support all your care needs. Employees have access to a variety of Crossover virtual services via our secure online platform. If you are an employee located in Austin or traveling to Austin, you also have access to in-person care at the onsite Dimensional Health Center.

Dimensional employees enrolled in one of the United Healthcare plans, and their covered spouses are eligible to visit the clinic, whether located in Austin, or visiting from Santa Monica or Charlotte.
Only employees and their covered spouses have access to Dimensional Health. If you are unsure of your eligibility status/need support, please call (512) 829-0565 for assistance.
Dimensional Health is located at 6300 Bee Cave Road in Building Two, fourth floor, at the far end of the hallway. Please follow signage to the clinic entrance. Dimensional Health's operating hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.
Dimensional Health is a full-service medical office offering primary care, mental health, chiropractic, and physical therapy services.
No, Dimensional is not operating the clinic, nor does it have access to patient records. We selected Crossover Health as our partner to manage all aspects of Dimensional Health.
Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate Medical Group, Crossover does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by Dimensional or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
Dimensional Health is considered an in-network facility for Dimensional’s two United Healthcare insurance plans. If you are not on a Dimensional health insurance plan, Dimensional Health cannot process visits as out-of-network.
The cost depends on which insurance plan you are on. For our HDHP/HSA members, doctor visits are $55/each. This includes any lab work that will accompany your visit. For PPO members, doctor visits are the standard primary care copay of $25. Physical Therapy appointments are $30 for HSA members and $25 copay for PPO members. Allergy shots and preventative labs are $10.
Crossover Health has a wide community of providers in the greater Austin area. Specialists can be recommended and coordinated with for care outside of the clinic.
Our care team is available after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays for established patients. You may also message your provider, request a refill prescription, and review your results online through the health portal. Depending on the nature of the request, your provider can access your online health record to document care, order refills for convenient pickup, or communicate with specialist and imaging centers in the community.
Yes, Dimensional Health can order your prescriptions for conditions you are being treated for by a Dimensional Health provider. The clinic does not house a dispensary, so orders will be sent to a local pharmacy.
Yes, Dimensional Health can perform your biometric screening as part of a preventative visit or scheduled visit. Dimensional Health will promote biometric screening clinics a few times throughout the year as well. Results will be coordinated between the clinic and our wellness carrier, although results may take several days to be available.

Yes, all visiting employees on a Dimensional health insurance plan can access the clinic. Regardless of your location, you also have access to Crossover Healths virtual care team - available to you wherever you are. When you need in-person care, your Crossover care team will connect you to high quality, local, and in-network providers and specialist. Should your position be eligible for benefits and you have enrolled in one of Dimensional’s health insurance plans, then you are eligible to visit the clinic. Contractors are not eligible to visit the clinic at this time.
