Start by signing up for a Crossover account. Once you become a Crossover member, you get access to Crossover’s team of providers, including doctors, mental health therapists, physical therapists, health coaches, and care navigators. There are no complicated bills, insurance submissions, or unnecessary paperwork. The care you receive from Crossover will be $0. Visit crossoverhealth.com/jackson-healthcare to review coverage.

Get started by simply logging in—anytime and anywhere—to your Crossover account, then send a message to your care team about a health issue or concern. They can answer questions, provide care, and help develop a treatment plan. All of your providers work together to help you get and stay healthy, and you are connected with the same care team every time you need it, whether the care is virtual or in-person. In addition to healthcare providers, your care team includes a care navigator who will personally guide you when you need to access care outside of Crossover. For example, if you require a surgical consultation, dermatology, or cardiology, your care navigator will find a local specialist in your healthcare plan network and make an appointment for you. The care navigator will also help arrange tests and lab work and make sure your results are transferred to Crossover. They can answer any questions about managing your care.

Sign up at care.crossoverhealth.com using your personal email. You can access care on the Crossover platform in the following ways: 

1. Start care now: Receive care through messaging for your primary care, mental health, physical therapy, and health coaching needs.
2. Direct Message: Once you start care, you can send a direct message to your whole care team at once, or to any specific member of your care team.

Pediatric care is available exclusively at the on-campus Health & Wellness Clinic to dependents (ages 2-17) of benefits-eligible associates. Pediatric care is the only Crossover care offering available to this age group. Pediatric office visits are available in-person and virtually, and pediatric sports physicals are only available in-person. Appointments can be scheduled at care.crossoverhealth.com. If your child is 18 years old and older, they must schedule an appointment through their registered Crossover account or call the Health & Wellness Clinic to make an appointment.

When signing up for a new account, providing an email address will give you access to your account anytime. This is the email account where you will receive appointment reminders, new message notifications from your care team, and other important information regarding your healthcare.

Please call the Health & Wellness Clinic if you need to make an appointment for another associate. Do not utilize your own Crossover account to make an appointment for others. All appointments must be scheduled under the associate’s name so our clinic team can best address their health needs.

Virtual visits with Crossover providers can occur in the comfort of your own home, or wherever is convenient for you. 

Benefits-eligible associates, spouses, and dependents (age 18+) can connect to Crossover for primary care, mental health services, physical therapy, and health coaching, all available virtually. For more information about services, please see the tables above.

In addition to our virtual services, benefits-eligible associates in Alpharetta, GA, and greater Georgia have access to in-person and virtual primary care from Crossover provider(s) at the on-campus Health & Wellness Clinic. Pediatric office visits are available in-person and virtually and pediatric sports physicals are only available in-person.

Simply “Start Care Now” to get a prompt response. You can access the same wide range of medical services, including primary care, physical therapy, mental health support, care navigation, and more—all from the same connected care team. If your virtual provider determines that you need in-person care, you’ll be connected with a care navigator who will help coordinate the care you need from a provider near you.

Crossover members can message their care teams 24 hours a day for non-emergency needs. Messages are addressed within one business day. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency department or urgent care. If you’re not sure if you need immediate medical attention, call your Crossover clinic for after-hours guidance at 678-690-7852 for a response within 1-2 hours. Note: There is no access to pediatric after–hours guidance.

Late Cancellations are defined as virtual and in-person visits that are canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the visit time or as an actual no-show to the visit. Violations of the policy will result in a $30 fee per occurrence. The policy resets at the start of each calendar year. 

1. First Occurrence: we understand unexpected conflicts and urgent matters are a part of life. As a courtesy, we will waive the $30 fee for your first late cancellation or missed appointment of the year.    
2. All Occurrences Thereafter: a $30 fee will apply for all late cancellations or missed visits for the remainder of the year. 

Late cancellation fee will be collected via credit card by the host over the phone or at the member’s next appointment.

Yes. All Crossover members can download the Crossover app from the App Store or Google Play. Use the same username and password on the Crossover app that you use to log in on the website. 

Note for iPhone users: You need the latest version of iOS installed and running on your iPhone as pending iOS updates might prevent the app from opening.

Everything you can do on the website can also be done on the Crossover app. You are able to opt in to receive real-time notifications from your care team and reminders to check in for appointments.

You also have the option of using a secure facial- or fingerprint-recognition biometric login. Once you’re logged in, you can easily check your account, send and read messages, view your appointments and health history, and more. –

Your care team consists of primary care doctors and nurses, mental health therapists, physical therapists, health coaches, and care navigators. You can learn more about the services offered and see provider bios on the Crossover care platform, under the option, “Meet Your Care Team.”

Yes, the choice is yours. You are not required to switch your primary doctor to use Crossover services, though having one primary care provider is ideal for maintaining consistent care. You can decide to use Crossover in parallel with your current physician to best address your health needs, or for the times you need quick, convenient treatment. 

Throughout your care journey, your care navigator will be your guide for whatever care you need, in or outside of Crossover. Care navigators provide support for needs which may include:

• Referral for surgical consultation
• MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging exams
• Psychiatric services
• Visits to other specialists (orthopedics, dermatology, cardiology, etc.)

Your company covers the cost of your care at Crossover. There is no copay if you use Crossover Health for any of these services. The cost is $0.

No, Jackson Healthcare will not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
