PepsiCo employees and their adult dependents (age 18+) now have access to Crossover Health. Crossover offers affordable, team-based healthcare without the hassles.
As a Crossover member, you’ll enjoy:
- More Options: New, wider range of medical services provided by Crossover including Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Mental Health, Care Navigation, and more. Get connected through your onsite Johns Hopkins clinician or Crossover Primary Care provider.
- Convenience: Easily schedule same- or next-day virtual appointments.
- Low Cost: No hidden fees, upfront billing, and low- to no-cost for different services, and unlimited free messaging with your Crossover providers.
Enjoy the same exceptional care every time— in person and virtually. Getting started is simple:
- Sign up/log in to your account.
- To schedule an appointment with or send a message to your provider, click “Get Care Now” and follow the prompts on the screen.
- Click “Direct Message” to send a message to any member of your Care Team once you’ve engaged with them.
If you choose “Direct Message” to begin virtual care with the National Virtual Team, a care team member will get back to you within two hours of receiving your message during business hours. You’ll get an email or notification from the Crossover mobile app when they’ve responded. Simply sign in to read their reply and continue messaging until your issue is resolved.
