• All U.S. PepsiCo employees are eligible for Crossover. These employees do not need to be enrolled in Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, or Centivo plans through PepsiCo to receive care with Crossover.
• Adult dependents (age 18+) are also eligible only if they are enrolled in the eligible employee’s Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, or Centivo plans through PepsiCo.

Start by signing up for a Crossover account. Once you become a member of Crossover, you get access to Crossover’s team of providers, including doctors, Mental Health therapists, Physical Therapists, Health Coaches (Registered Dietitians), and Care Navigators. There are no complicated bills, insurance submissions, or unnecessary paperwork. The care you receive from Crossover will either be free or low cost, depending on your medical plan. Please see the tables above for a complete list of fees.

Get started by logging in—anytime, anywhere—to your Crossover account, then send a message to your Care Team. They can answer questions, provide care, and develop treatment plans. All of your providers work together to help you get and stay healthy, and you get the same Care Team every time you need it, whether the care is virtual or in-person. Your Care Team includes a Care Navigator, who will personally guide you to care outside of Crossover when you need it. For example, if you need a surgical consultation, dermatology, or cardiology, your Care Navigator can find a specialist in your healthcare plan network and make an appointment for you. The Care Navigator will also help arrange tests and lab work, and make sure your records are transferred back to Crossover. They can also answer your questions and give you advice on how best to manage your care.

Sign up at https://care.crossoverhealth.com using your GPID (Global Personnel ID). You can access care on the Crossover platform in the following ways:

1. Get Care Now: Receive care through messaging for your Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Therapy, and Health Coaching needs.
2. Direct Message: Once you start care, you can send a direct message to your whole Care Team at once, or to any specific member of your Care Team.

When signing up for a new account, use an email address so that you always have access to your account. This is the email account where you will receive appointment reminders, new message notifications from your Care Team, and other important information regarding your healthcare.

When you sign up for Crossover, your insurance coverage and eligibility will be verified.

Your adult dependent will need to provide your GPID (Global Personnel ID) to sign up for their own account. They should use their own information for all other steps of the sign-up process (i.e., first name, last name, date of birth).

The onsite clinics within the Employee Health and Wellness Centers offer Occupational Health services. For those employees visiting an onsite clinic who may need non-Occupational Health services, the provider will connect the employee to Crossover for Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Therapy, and/or Health Coaching, all available virtually and in person in select locations. Your onsite provider can pass along any relevant information gathered from your in-person appointment to your Crossover Care Team. A Crossover Care Navigator can also help make referrals to in-network providers, if needed.

No, the JHU clinics are not closing. When you visit a JHU clinic, the JHU clinician can refer you to Crossover for care needs that are not related to Occupational Health—from annual physicals and women’s health services to care for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Crossover’s dedicated teams of medical providers deliver integrated Primary Care, Mental Health, Physical Therapy, Health Coaching, Care Navigation, and more—available virtually and in person in select locations.

Virtual visits with Crossover providers can occur in the comfort of your own home, or wherever is convenient for you.

In addition to our virtual services, PepsiCo employees in Purchase, NY, Plano, TX, and Chicago, IL have access to in-person care from Crossover provider(s) at the Employee Health and Wellness Center.

For non-emergency urgent needs outside of 8am–5pm (local time), Crossover’s on-call physician can help answer your questions. To reach the on-call physician, send a message to your provider through the Crossover care platform. The message confirmation screen will include instructions and a phone number to contact the on-call physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit the closest emergency department.

Yes. All Crossover members (including eligible dependents) can download and use the Crossover app from the App Store or Google Play. Use the same username and password on the Crossover app that you use to log in on the website.  Note for iPhone users: you need the latest version of iOS installed and running on your iPhone as pending iOS updates might prevent the app from opening.

Everything you can do on the website can also be done on the Crossover app. With the app, you are able to opt in to receive real-time notifications from your Care Team and reminders to check in for appointments. You have the option of using a secure, facial- or fingerprint-recognition biometric log-in—and once you’re logged in, you can easily check your account, send and read messages, view your appointment and health history, and more.

Care Navigation: Let us be your guide from start to finish for advice, referrals, and appointments.

Whether you’re navigating depression, struggling with isolation or anxiety, confronting discrimination related to being LGBTQ+, or trying to cope with racial injustice—our specialists have the diverse training and experience to help. Our team takes a welcoming, warm approach to ease members into the treatment that is most helpful and comfortable.  You and your therapist will make a plan and set goals for you to reach. We want to help you learn ways to cope with whatever you’re going through, so that after a while you can feel confident you can handle things on your own (without therapy). 

Some key differences between Crossover and Spring Health include:

• Spring Health deals largely with Mental Health. You do not have direct access to Primary Care, Physical Therapy, and certain features of Crossover’s Care Navigation services through Spring Health.
• Spring Health includes eight sessions with a Mental Health professional, followed by referrals (when needed) to external providers (that you may need to pay out-of-pocket to see). For those enrolled in a PepsiCo medical plan, continuation of care visits beyond the first eight sessions are billed as in-network visits. At Crossover, there is no set limit on the number of visits you can have with a Mental Health provider, and visits are $0 or low cost depending on your medical plan.
• Crossover is available to U.S. PepsiCo employees whether or not they are enrolled in a PepsiCo medical plan. Their adult dependents (age 18+) who are enrolled in Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, Centivo, or other plans through PepsiCo can also access Crossover. Spring Health is available to anyone in your household.

No. Visits with a Crossover Mental Health therapist do not count towards the eight sessions through Spring Health.

While Crossover and Health Ace both provide Care Navigation services, your Crossover Care Navigator is a part of your Crossover Care Team. Your Care Navigator will partner with the rest of your Care Team to help you easily access whatever care you may need outside of Crossover. If your Care Team refers you to a specialist, imaging center, or other provider in the community, your Care Navigator will help. They’ll find in-network providers, transfer records back and forth, and follow up with you to ensure you received the care you need. Crossover’s Care Navigators are ready to help you access:

  • Labs and imaging coordination

  • Immunization and screening up-to-date status
  • General care support

The Care Team consists of Primary Care doctors and nurses, Mental Health therapists, Physical Therapists, Health Coaches, and Care Navigators. You can learn more about the services offered and see provider bios on the Crossover care platform, under the option, “Meet Your Care Team.” The bios will not be visible until you initiate care for the first time. After that, you will see your Care Team every time you log in.

Yes. The choice is yours. You are not required to switch your primary doctor to use Crossover services. In fact, you can use Crossover in parallel with your current physician to best meet your health needs, or for the times you need quick, convenient attention.

Throughout your care journey, the Care Navigator will be your guide for whatever care you need, in or outside of Crossover. The Care Navigator will provide support for needs which may include:

• Surgery
• MRIs, CT Scans, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging 
• Psychiatric services
• Other specialists (i.e., dermatology, cardiology, etc.)

There is no or low cost to receive care from Crossover for PepsiCo employees, whether or not you’re enrolled in a PepsiCo medical plan. Please see the tables above for a complete list of fees. 

No, PepsiCo will not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by Federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
