Upcoming Eligibility Changes

Starting January 1 2025, Amazon associates, spouses and dependents can only access the NHCs if enrolled in an Amazon sponsored Aetna, Cigna, Premera, or Kaiser health plan. If you are not enrolled in an Amazon sponsored health plan, you can keep using the NHCs through the end of this year.

Common Questions

Who is eligible to receive care from Crossover Health?

All full-time, part-time, and seasonal Amazon employees (blue and white badges) and their family members (spouses & dependents ages 0 and up) are eligible to receive care from the NHCs at Crossover. Everyone can access our primary care and health coaching. However, some of our other services are only accessible if you are enrolled in an Amazon Health Plan.

What can I expect to pay for services offered at these Neighborhood Health Centers?

Expect upfront billing and no hidden fees when receiving care. If you are enrolled in Amazon Benefits, preventive care, health coaching, lab work, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are never more than $45. On some of the Amazon health plans, virtual services are just $10. If you are not enrolled in Amazon Benefits, health coaching, lab, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are $45 per appointment. Can I keep seeing my current doctor?

The choice is yours! You are not required to switch your primary care physician to use Crossover’s services. In fact, you can use Crossover in conjunction with your current physician to best meet your health needs or for the times you need quick, convenient attention.

Will my employer have access to my health information?

No, Amazon will not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover Health does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
