Common Questions

Any Amazon employees, their spouse, and children enrolled in an Amazon sponsored Aetna, Premera, Cigna, or Kaiser plan can access the NHCs at Crossover.
Expect upfront billing and no hidden fees when receiving care. If you are enrolled in Amazon Benefits, preventive care, health coaching, lab work, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are never more than $45. On some of the Amazon health plans, virtual services are just $10. If you are not enrolled in Amazon Benefits, health coaching, lab, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are $45 per appointment. A complete fee and service schedule can be found above.
The choice is yours! You are not required to switch your primary care physician to use Crossover’s services. In fact, you can use Crossover in conjunction with your current physician to best meet your health needs or for the times you need quick, convenient attention.
No, Amazon will not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover Health does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
