Crossover offers convenient parking and has partnered with Lyft to take you (and your eligible adult dependents) to and from a nearby Crossover location.

Ride With Lyft

Your email appointment reminder will include a Lyft voucher code (up to $20 each way). If you book your visit less than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll get your code in your confirmation email.

When you book your Lyft ride, the code must be entered into the Lyft app in order to have the $20 applied to your ride. The ride must either stop or start at a Crossover location in order to be considered a valid ride.

Common Questions

Any Amazon employee, their spouse, and their adult dependents (age 18+) who live in an eligible region, or who live/work in the Puget Sound area and are enrolled in an Amazon sponsored Aetna, Premera, Cigna can access Crossover.
Expect upfront billing and no hidden fees when receiving care. If you are enrolled, preventive care, health coaching, lab work, and nurse visits are offered at no cost. All other services are never more than $45. On some of the Amazon health plans, virtual services are just $10. A complete fee and service schedule can be found above.
No, Amazon will not have access to your health information. Your personal health information is protected by federal privacy and security regulations. Crossover Health complies with HITRUST to protect personal health information, following standards for privacy, security, and network architecture. As a separate medical group, Crossover Health does not share identifiable health information with your employer. Any violation of this privacy policy by your employer or any other person is a clear violation of HIPAA legislation and carries significant legal and financial consequences.
