Joe Ennesser, PharmD

Joe Ennesser is a registered pharmacist with a background in successive leadership roles within large retail organizations, most recently at Rite Aid Corporation. He has led multi-state teams in both pharmacy and retail merchandising with annual sales over $1B and has held responsibilities for customer service, compliance, and total store operations.

Prior to pharmacy, Joe spent several years managing construction projects in the telecom industry. His diverse experience in construction, healthcare, and large organizations is utilized as he leads Crossover’s Operations team through the company’s rapid expansion into new clients, health centers, and services. Joe is responsible for managing critical projects, building the company’s network of clinics, and supporting clinical operations, services, and implementations for the Medical Group.

He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California at San Diego. Outside of healthcare, Joe loves cycling, photography, and astronomy. He and his family enjoy spending time exploring the western United States with their telescope.
