Online care: Any time you have a health concern, you can conveniently send us a secure message on your phone or computer to start a conversation. This back-and-forth communication happens on your time, not your doctor’s time, in your living room, not in a waiting room. Whenever and wherever you need your care team’s help, thoughts, or guidance, you have immediate access. We are here to put your mind at ease, start treatment faster, and make it super easy to ask any follow-up questions.
In-person care: Schedule an appointment in one of our modern health centers. You’ll be greeted by a friendly Crossover host who will quickly escort you to a beautifully designed room—for primary care, physical therapy, mental health therapy, health coaching, and more—with state-of-the-art medical equipment and technology. If we don’t have a health center near you, your Care Navigator will make you an in-network appointment in your community.
