Crossover offers science-based individual therapy for depression/sadness/grief, anxiety disorders/panic attacks, chronic stress, relationship issues, substance concerns, LGBTQI+ support, and more with our Primary Care providers for selected issues, coordinated care plans with Crossover Mental Health providers and clinicians, and gratitude/mindfulness practices.

Crossover coaches are trained in everyday well-being. Whether you want to personalize your nutrition, stick to a tailored fitness plan, improve your sleep quality, or quit smoking, Crossover coaches will help. They’re experts in motivation and will work with you to set realistic goals, then make sure you stay on track as you work to reach them.

Maintain a healthy back, neck, and spine. Crossover chiropractors can help reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve your posture.

Our Care Navigators partner with the rest of your care team to make it seamless to receive care you may need outside of Crossover. If your care team refers you to a specialist, imaging, or other providers in the community, your Care Navigator will help. They’ll find in-network providers, transfer records back and forth, and follow up with you afterwards to ensure you feel supported throughout the entire process.

Crossover offers an onsite dispensary for some medications. If the medication you are prescribed is not carried in the health center, someone from your care team can send the prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.

Work with your doctor to get blood draws and diagnostic tests to help guide your care plan.
