Sally Larwood, RN
Sally Larwood is a Registered Nurse with a broad range of experience in patient care, research, clinic design, systems, staff development, and management. Her diverse clinical skill set has been developed and complemented over the years by her compassionate work serving patients in community clinics, hospice, and home care agencies.
Sally’s career began at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara; she then specialized in oncology with a focus on bone marrow transplant research at California Pacific Medical Center before transitioning into research on physician decisions in the ER to study patient outcomes data. Currently the Chief Nursing Officer at Crossover Health, Sally joined the company in 2012 to help open the Facebook Wellness Center. Since then, she has played a significant role in the design and operation of several Crossover facilities in California, Texas, New York, Idaho, Washington, Singapore, and Ireland. She most recently served as VP of Practice Management, focused on building the teams that operate Crossover’s facilities.
Sally earned a BS in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. She and her husband have four children and they enjoy family outings that include skiing, hiking, and traveling across the US and abroad. She has made time to volunteer on local committees such as “Facing Autism,” an annual Autism Speaks event, and with the Children’s Health Council at Stanford.
