Francis Crispino, Chairman

Francis is a trusted strategic executive and operator at B-Flexion – an entrepreneurial minded private equity firm with a focus on growing operating businesses in transformative industries. Francis leads strategic initiatives across the the global investment platform including taking multiple board seats at portfolio companies. He previously served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Greater Pacific Capital. He was also Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Bell Canada Enterprises as well as a senior executive at Goldman Sachs in their global investment operations. He began his career at Sullivan and Cromwell as a corporate lawyer.

Francis studied law at the University of Oxford and majored in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Toronto. He currently resides with family in Geneva, Switzerland.
