We research and consider several factors when deciding where to build our health centers, including where members live and access primary healthcare, the availability of transportation, and the supporting providers and facilities that members may need. Every Crossover health clinic is thoughtfully designed to surprise, delight, and deliver better health to each member who walks through the door.
With every health center we design and build, our focus is on member experience and helping them live their best health. Our health clinics are designed to foster trusted, collaborative relationships between members and their care team. We infuse every element with community-driven inspiration, from the custom-designed artwork to the textures, colors, and materials used on the walls, floors, and furniture.
Every element inside our state-of-the-art health centers—which average 7,000 square feet—is designed with our members in mind. We delight and inspire as we deliver an optimal care experience.
