Kari Moore

Kari is the Chief Financial Officer at Crossover Health. She is an accomplished financial leader with over thirty years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. She has held senior leadership positions at both emerging and publicly traded medical technology companies, and has a proven record in fundraising, business development, corporate strategy and building scalable financial infrastructure in high growth environments. Prior to joining Crossover, Kari was the CFO of JenaValve Technology, a global medical device company. She has also held financial leadership positions with Envista, where she was involved in the spin-off from Danaher Corporation, and Applied Medical Corporation. Earlier in her career, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Partner serving companies in the life sciences industry.

Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.
