Heidi Johnson, MBA
Heidi Johnson is Crossover Health’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Since joining the organization in 2020, her responsibilities have grown in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and coaching and performance. As an organizational leader and strategic advisor, she has been instrumental in building a high-performance culture during a period of rapid expansion.
Heidi has spent more than 15 years developing and executing strategic human resource initiatives. Her extensive experience includes global transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee relations, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, culture design, and employee engagement. During the decade prior to joining Crossover, Heidi held various roles of increasing responsibility for Medtronic, one of the largest medical device companies in the world. At Medtronic, she led global HR teams in talent acquisition, talent management, organizational transformation, and HR business partner roles across nearly 20 countries. Prior to Medtronic, she led HR teams at Paychex—where she developed an internal U.S. commercial talent team—and was Managing Director at Culver Careers, a leading executive recruitment agency.
Heidi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota State University and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver. She resides in Denver with her husband and son.
