Felicia’s interest in psychology began in her early years of college, and after finishing her BA in three years, she then earned her MA in Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University. Felicia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing therapy to multitudes of individuals and couples. Her specialties include grief and loss, relationship dynamics, and sexual/reproductive health. Understanding the importance of mental health as a core component to overall health, Felicia provides treatment including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, providing tools to help patients live a present and fulfilling life.
Having previously worked in multi-disciplinary medical settings, she identifies her approach to patient care as holistic and client-centered. She gained valuable clinical experience while working on-site at Google’s highly-regarded Wellness Center as a psychotherapist. She also takes great pride in her service as a therapist at non-profit organizations such as Planned Parenthood and Hospice of the Valley.
Felicia, who was born and raised locally in Los Gatos, can be found spending her free time at the beach soaking in the sunshine—the coast is held close to her heart.
